Gynecologic Cancer Foundation Half Marathon and 5K

While heavy participation is expected from the GCF/SGO physicians and supporters, the Half Marathon and the 5K run are open to all members of the running community and public. A number of survivors, their families and friends are also expected to participate.



The Gynecologic Cancer Foundation plans to establish the Half Marathon and 5K as its marquee annual event, designed to raise money to support the GCF programs. This event will take place each year in Washington, D.C. during an entire weekend of gynecologic awareness programs involving physicians, survivors and women battling gynecologic cancers.
