This is a brief description of my race:

Aiming to beat previous Olympic PB of 2:26, so just made it. Conditions were poor so might have gone a couple of mins faster. No stitch on the run this time - took two squeezies pre-mixed in water in the first 20km of the ride, felt it coming early in the run so took first couple of kms easier and held it off. Need to push bike harder still. Dunno how I swam 27mins - can't do that in the pool!?!
