This is a brief description of my race:

First half ironman. Wanted to go sub 5:30. Was a total unknown so a good result. Good steady swim, took it easy on the bike, run was OK but wanted to go quicker. Struggled with the HEED on-course nutrition. Next time need to push the bike a little harder.
