This is a brief description of my race:

This was not my best race, obviously. My swim was a bit slow, as it seemed more crowded. I got a flat at the very beginning of the bike. So, it took me 8-9 minutes to change it, then I was off. If you take off the tire change, I did average 20 mph, which was my goal, but it is unofficial. My run was REALLY slow because it was just hot (90ish). They also changed the course and put part of it on grass, which I did not like! I still had fun, but the extra people, flat, and heat all influenced my race.
