This is a brief description of my race:

The race started out well - swim was below expectations, bike was at or slightly above expectations, and the run was on par until mile 3... then the nausea set in and hung on everytime I resumed my race pace. Ended up walking way too much! Very disappointing!!! Well, there is always the next race I guess.
