This is a brief description of my race:

Good News - PR. Conditions - Cold 32 at the start, dropped to 30 got to 35. Sunny and beautiful. Comments: Felt great in terms of wind and stamina. Hnads were cold, partially numb. Tght calf muscles from mile 1, but not slowing me as running 7:30 miles for the first 5k and then slowed to a comfortable $7:40-45 pace. Mile 10 picked up the pace 1 knew I could set a PR of 1:40-1:41, but calf cramps at mile 12 to the finish dropped speed significantly..Severe calf cramps set in at the first aid room. Never experienced this in my life. Will do more stretching and not wear those shoes ever again! http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=3269511
