This is a brief description of my race:

The swim was much longer than it should have been and the bike was also a mile longer than scheduled. The bike went over a causeway and back which absoultely killed my legs, i was only doing about 8mph at the top of the hill but 26 on the way down...my run was really slow, i should have ran more before the race
