This is a brief description of my race:

Considering the injury problems and lack of running for the month prior to the race, I'm pleased with how well I ran. But how could I run that much and finish with such a crappy time? Well, I did spend a fair amount of the last 8 miles of the race on the side of the road, stretching my IT band.
