This is a brief description of my race:

Starting over isn't easy, especially when you aren't fully recovered. My ankle wasn't the problem, though. I'm out of shape from taking time off. I was cross training for a while, but had to quit, so now here I am with 5K times that I haven't had in a couple years. The good news is that the 5K turnaround got moved, and the race was actually 3.5 miles. At least I beat my last St Paddy's Day Dash time.
