About Us:
Specialty running shoe store in Tempe. We specialize in getting you properly fit in running shoes. We use a video gait analysis system to assess what kind of shoes you need. Join us for our free group runs 4 days per week. Shoe brands carried: Asics, Brooks, Inov8, Mizuno, New Balance, Nike, Pearl Izumi, Saucony, Zoot.
We have group runs from our store 4 days per week:
Mon, Thurs at 6:30pm: 4 to 6 miles
Wed at 5:30am: track workout
Sat at 6:00am: 4 to 10+ miles
All runs are free of charge and open to everyone. Come out and join us!

The Saturday morning group run is still on for July 4. Regular start time is 6am at the store. A great way to start the holiday weekend.
We are closing at 4:00 pm on July 4. Sunday the 5th we're open from 10am to 6pm.

Sole has FREE group runs every Monday and Thursday at 6:30pm, Saturday morning at 7 am, and track workout Wednesday at 5:15 am. We meet at the store and go from there. Northeast corner of Warner & Rural. Come out and run with us!
