Island Coast Tri Club - South West Florida

About Us: We are group of regular, fun-loving people committed to living a healthy lifestyle by training for and participating in multi-sport events (although we love to dig into any event we can!) We are beginners, we are seasoned veterans, we are the ones that can run like the wind but sink like a stone, and ride the bike across the country but can't get under a 10:00 mile in the run.
Put us together and we are a group that help each other get over that hurdle, teach each other how to swim without using every ounce of energy we have. We are the group that will be at the finish line to cheer on and support everyone in the race. We are the group that goes out to breakfast after a Saturday morning bike ride and chats about life.

As a member of the ICTC, you too can benefit from Group Rides, Group Runs, Group open water swims, training sessions, guest speakers, technical workshops, not to mention having the comfort of going to events with a whole group of people who you know and train with on a regular basis (talk about comfortable...). Then there are the social events that we love to have, as well as discounts on race events and local equipment shops.
