About Us:
Since 2006, Team E.X.C.E.L. (EXercise to Compete at the Elite Level)has been making a mark on the San Diego endurance sports arena. A division of Rehab United, Team E.X.C.E.L. is an endurance race team competing primarily in the sports of triathlon, cycling, and running events. Team E.X.C.E.L. is always welcoming new members to our team that share our passion for the mind, body and spirit as it applies to our sport. All levels of athletes are welcome.

The seminar is part of the Rehab United Nutrition Lecture Series and we have dedicated this one to cyclists of all levels - beginners through elites! Brian Wilson (Physical Therapist, Cycling/Triathlon Coach) will amaze you with tips and suggestions to increase strength, improve pedal efficiency, and effective off-season training. Justin Robinson (Registered Sports Dietitian, Strength & Conditioning Coach) will wow you with his knowledge of foods & fluids during races, recovery nutrition, and weight management.
