About Us:
The team element of Vo2Multisport Coaching and Vo2 Endurance this club is based on the Eastside of Seattle. Comprised of approximately 50 members the team ranges in ability from Professional to back of the pack AG'er.
Our mission is to train hard, race hard all the while having fun in the process.

Just got back from Phoenix, great to see the sun. Had lots of fun just hanging out oh and running the rock n roll half marathon with Cindy, good times.
Looking forward to heading to Tucson for a month, bring on the sunshine. This pasty Brit needs some color.....
