Chicago Tri Club
About Us:
The Chicago Tri Club is a USAT-sanctioned, not-for-profit group dedicated to helping area triathletes. Our members include novices looking for support before completing their first triathlon, to veterans of Ironman competition. The club is run by the members; they organize all the activities, social events, clinics, and workouts. Our workouts and clinics are geared to multisport athletes of all abilities.
Joining the club, and getting to know the other members, is a great way to introduce yourself to the world of triathlons, meet others who are passionate about the sport, and improve your athletic abilities, all while having fun. Join the Chicago Tri Club today!

What: Meeting

Where:  Chicago, Illinois, USA After reading the feedback from the year end survey, many people said they would like more "Newbie Only" events so we have planned an event for the newcomers:
Newbie Only Meeting
Running Away Multisport
1634 W. North Ave.
Wednesday, January 21, 2009, 7pm
This meeting is for people new to triathlons, new to CTC or people just nervous about the next season and looking for people in their same boat to train with. The meeting is just a get to know you meeting, you can ask any of the current CTC members any questions you might have and meet other new members. We will talk a little about the training plan for the Bigfoot race that CTC is putting together, gear, training, group workouts, we can compile a list of people who'd like to be contacted to workout together and such. Like I said, it will be VERY informal, just a good way to meet people and get to know more about CTC.
