Mmmm.

1450 Meter Swim - speed focus 450M warmup 3 x 100M on 2:00 @ 1:33, 1:36, 1:40 200M recovery 3 min rest 3 x 100M on 2:00 @ 1:32, 1:39, 1:45 200M cool down Notes: Swim was outside @ 2pm - very warm. Obviously, times fell off quite a bit. Need to stay more efficient.
