Usual GROUP Run/Walk on Saturday Mornings at Granada Park - Open to Everyone!! Patrick Ward, MS Exersice Physiology will be here to assist with Injury Assessments & Sport Massage - GREAT OPPORTUNITY to be "worked on" by THE BEST in Phoenix! He starts at 7:30am. Free but - use your discretion - Schedule an appointment (he is a PROFESSIONAL ) if you have a serious need!
