Good job on running the Del Sol. Happy birthday! What an event, huh? Most intense race I have been involved with. I am a member of the Fastrunningblog.com/St. George Running Center Team and found the team part of this event inspiring.
Once again, congratulations on running such an amazing event.

Thanks Jeff! I totally agree with you about the comraderie that the team aspect brings to an event like this. Our team had a blast and will be there next year to finish below the 30 hour mark!

  • Yes it's my birhtday and I'm celebrating by running in a 182 mile relay with 12 equally insane people; with that said, this leg (the dreaded 31) is 5.5 miles of pure incline!!
