Describe your warmup:
got in a quick swim, already had stretched before i got to race. always to busy to remember
Race Details - Swim:
a point to point swim in lake
Race Details - T1:
was second rack into T1 had a long run out and back in. had some trouble with finding cord to zipper on swim skin
Race Details - Bike:
2 lap course, way to many MTB out there or they were not paying much attention
Race Details - T2:
long run back in, stripped down tossed on Zoots and # and was gone
Race Details - Run:
a single lap course, only 2.5 miles

the whole thing except for t1

nothing things came together well for my first sprint in a year and half
