The buses for the race left at 4:15am so I only at a banana and a slice of wheat bread that morning. The night before I went to the Pasta Party and ate plenty of healthy carbs. |

Went to bed at about 7 because of the early wake-up time, had a hard time falling and staying asleep. |

I didn't warmup. It's a marathon you have miles to warm up. |

Started out cool and misty, I ran slow because I wanted to save something for the end. |

My legs had basically stopped working, I was jogging but a walker could have kept up. I was running 11 minute miles at the end |

I got to meet lots of other marathoners and triathletes. |
| What do you need to work on? |
I need to work on my marathon end game. There has to be a way to keep your legs from fatigueing during the last 6 miles |
