Describe your warmup:
Light stretching, short jog.
Race Details - Swim:
Race Details - T1:
No concerns
Race Details - Bike:
Got a 2 min penalty, not sure why. Maybe it was from passing a woman early on; she wouldn't move over, at 14mph, narrow lane, first mile, people started passing her on the right, as did I.
Race Details - T2:
No issues, though I could have been quicker.
Race Details - Run:
Legs fatigued, mentally out of the game. I just wanted to make sure nobody in my age group passed me. I ran alone most of the way, which is why my pace was slow.
How did you do in this race?
2 - Worse than I thought
What went well?
Ride went well; speed average was good. First run pace was where I wanted it.
What do you need to work on?
Penalty on ride?? Though the 2 minutes had no consequence for the age group placing, it's two minutes I gave away.
