Describe your warmup:
2 min run and then 3-4 strides
Race Details - Swim:
No swim but 4 mile run on paved street. Very smooth riding except after mile 1 big hill. It is out and back course so if you do Long then you hit the hill twice
Race Details - T1:
Fast and very organized
Race Details - Bike:
Nice roads. Never felt dangerous of hitting a pothole etc. Open traffic so you have to be careful during turns and try not to keep your head down. Keep your eyes open. Two loops out and back so could be very challenging if it's windy. Forget the disc.

same as above
Race Details - Run:
same as above. Watch out for a dog around mile 2. It's barking and running towards you but fortunately hits invisible fence. Scary though.

What went well?
I had a good run and a bike, I could improve on the transition next time. Also more competitors would make this race more interesting.
