crowded with kids. I got near the front but it was jam packed. I find myself wanting to be close to the front to avoid walkers. Temps were in the mid50's which was nice. |

Warmed up quickly. Felt my hands becoming a bit numb; maybe due to humidity. was feeling good as i was tailing Hilary, which I've never been able to do. |

at the 3 mile mark the pacer called 28 minutes...what the hell?? Sam had come about 1/4 mile before that. ran in front and to the side of me, calling out good vibes. :52 sec in the last .1 for a PR of 28:52!! Not only a sub 29 again, but my FIRST sub 29!!! |
