3 mile bike ride
Race Details - Swim:
I had a bad swim my calf cramped in the first 20 meters of the swim. I was very slow after that.

I made about a lot of ground on the bike.

This was one of the better runs I have had in sometime. Still need to work on running.

This was definitely a fun race... I will do it again in 09 for sure.
