Ran the Lee Gonzalez 5K on Saturday the 6th, very very muggy, missed PR by 6 seconds.
Ran three on Monday the 8th, felt good, nice weather, nice pace
Ran five this morning. Felt real good. checked my speed at 4.5 miles, running at a 8:15/mile pace. Finished at an average 9:15/mile pace. very ready for the PDR. 2 hours in within reach.
