BIRTHDAY workout! 1 x 1200, 2x800, 3 min. LT, 3x400, 4x200 at SE track w/ Tom Heinonen timing [3:32, 2:20, 2:21, LT, 66, 66, 65, 29, 30, 28, 28) 2nd 400 was slow then end fast (35,30). 3rd 400 was a fartlek. 7 total.

Mile, 3 x 800, Mile on XC Loop (Mill Creek)- [503, 229, 234, 236, 505] by myself. Good weather. My legs didn't exactly show up today. Last mile tho went thru in 2:40 and closed in 2:25. 2.5 mile cooldown. 8 miles total.
