Ran an easy 8 miles (1:00:23) along the N. Marginal. The run was after volunteering for the CTC indoor triathlon. I also got to wacth the 5K Chili bowl runners at their turnaround point.

Did a brick workout. Mountain Bike from home & did 3 loops on Canal Way Trail. Max Speed 39.7 mph! Followed with easy 3 mile run at 7:55 pace.

I swam 6 lengths (about 1700 yards) of open water in Edgewater State Park Beach. No watch but done in about 38 minutes. Waves were 1 - 2 feet and water quality was poor. We've had some bad storms lately. After the swim I ran an easy 4 miles around the park in 31:07
