last XC meet of the season; run by USATF and Sportsbackers @ Pole Green park.

I ran the Innsbrook healthy heart 5k in Glen Allen, VA. Ran a time of 20:37, and while my PR is 19:30, the race felt good.

Ran at the USATF Junior Olympic XC champs @ Pole Green Park, ran new best time on course 18:29; and third best 5k time ever. PR is 18:00, but that was on a fairly flat and fast course so this time is about the same if not better.

Ran the 3200m(2 mile) at the St. Christophers Indoor track invitational. Ran new PR of 10:48! Automatically qualified for districts, and placed 4th in my heat out of 13, only 2 seconds behind the winner.

Ran the Octoberfest cross country invitational at Great Meadows state park in Warrenton Va. Ran a new pr of 18:59!broke 19 for the first time ever! Ran a pr on a course that is not that fast, so I am lokking at 18:30 at our flat and fast district course. The course was a double loop with a down hill start with a rolling first mile, the course had a triple hill, 3 uphills that you had to do twice during the race. two creek crossings(got really wet on one), all grass, and a slight downhill finish

Ran high school xc tri meet(I go to cosby) versus Clover Hill, and James River. I placed 12th overall out of 74 runners and placed 6th on my team. I pr'd at 19:09(5k) which is about a 6:09 mile pace. On to Monacan and Manchester next week, where my goal will be to break 19 minutes.

I ran the Moonlight 4 miler in Glen Allen, VA. I pr'd at 26:23(I'd never ran a 4 miler before so I guess it be kind of hard not to pr, but it felt good anyways) which is about a 6:35 mile pace, got third in my age group and 21st overall

Ran at the Dominion District championships at Pocahontas State park. Just missed the 17's but with a new pr of 18:00. I was in the Varsity race, with a small field (57 runners), but with a very fast start, ran the first mile in 5:21 (knew it was gonna be fast) and my mile pace for my finishing time was 5:47. Placed 34th overall, and our team tied for second (out of 8 teams), but due to a tiebreaker we finished 3rd, we are now
qualified fo the Central Region champs on Nov 1., at pole green.

Ran the 2 mile at Midlothian high school at a Dominion District indoor track polar bear meet. Ran new PR of 10:59, and first time under 11. Placed 8th out of 43, and I beat people I don't normally beat. The weather was brutal, about 37 degrees with a windchill of 34; still it went well and we'll just see how things go.

Ran a tri meet versus Midlothian and L.C. Bird at Pocahontas State park. Placed 4th on my team(usually place 6th), 14th overall with a new pr of 18:18! With temps in the mid to hi 80s, I am looking at sub-18 for The Dominion District championships which is on the same course, and temps should be in the low to mid 60's. Be back with more next week and hopefully a new pr.

Ran tri meet vs. Manchester and Monacan. placed 16th overall with a new pr of 19:02. Although our team lost to manchester, we beat Monacan and I was happy about my race.
