been a busy week so far ran 33 miles swam over 70 laps in the pool.. The must important thing is I was able to bring out the bike this week and go out on the road... with New wheels.... Spring is hear... now just have to wait for the lakes to warm up to start swimming there and off we go....

executive taper today 1.4 mile jog to a coffee house with friends enjoying the company and walking back to the club.. getting ready for the City of Lakes 25K on Sunday morning. looks like rain for the run...

OK, 6.3 miles felt heavy,, took off to fast thanks to the Group sayiing you go dave you have the Shirt on that says "Shout up and Run"... I did not wan to be in front since I sat in a car on Friday for 8 hours driving and then a wedding in northern MN ate and drink then sat in a car for anohter 7 hours home... oh well I will try th 6.3 again on Monday but I hope for a 8:30 pace not the sub 8 or 8:10 that we eneded up at..

Up in northern MN today for a Wedding did not run on Friday 7 hour drive killer on the legs for sitting that long.. Ran over 6 miles around the town in about 50 min felt real good decent pace..

still recovering from the Buffalo Tri... Legs are felling better I have ran a total of 12 miles and did a spin Class since the tri... maintaining a taper and maintance work out to get ready for Grandma's Marathon

Ran the lake lop today at a good pace did it in 48 Min that was under a 8min mile and it was supposed to be a slow and easy run today.... tomarro a 24 miller the joy of running

Ran 6 this morning at a quick tempo teh run still took me 52 min but I stopped and talked to some freinds that where runnign teh Damn hill this morning and stop for a Drink.. I think I was around a 7:30 pace for a quick run.. hard to beleive two more 6 milers and a short run then off for a day before Baffalo Tri.. PS bike cost me $187 for lower bracket, new handlebar tap and a tune up plus a new front big cog so that goign betweneen gears is easy now..

Got to love 24 hrs later....
Cold cleared up around 6pm yesterday.. after sleeping during the day... of course was not able to fall asleep till 1am.... got up and went to the gym and ran 6 on the Treadmill felt good but tired...

I went swimming today to cut back on the laps and not as hard and fast that I usually do.. note to self need to get the Swimming book to plan swim work outs... Going to try and do 6 or 9 on the treadmill again on Wednesday.

Feeling like 80% better

Ran the Ford Damn Hills.. 6 times this morning then did the 6 mile bridge loop... Legs felt heavy for most of the run today could be the weather with it being raining this morning. Going swimming at 4:30 in ST Paul.. can't wait for the lakes to warm up to be able to swim in them. Pool is nice but nothing like swimming in a lake.. 32 days before the first Triathlon and 45 days tell Grandma's marathon.. let the fun begin...

Another 6.3 tried to go at a slower pace... I ended up still doing 8:20 Min Miles.. still a little fast I was hoping for a 8:40 for a recovery run for me. The Group still did 8:12 min Miles this morning.. I felt better after the run but still tired.. legs are still feel heavy still from this weekend, and I also had a late night last night..

I am going to do recovery work out on Wednesday I think... I will see how I feel in the morning.
