Felt pretty sore from 9 mi run the night before. Ran at training pace. Felt okay. Scared lady from behind who thought I was about to mug/rape her. Back started to hurt that night, feels like crap the next morning. Wonder if maybe I should've took a rest day instead

3 Pentagon City loops. Nice weather, not too humid. sweat a lot but felt good. Probably took about an hour and a half. Felt tired but didn't slow down too much. Recovered quickly, feel fine the next day

Between 8-9 miles. Pentagon City Loop 3 miles, then ran to Georgetown. I was pretty sluggish throughout.. legs felt very heavy. Picked up the pace a bit as I got closer to the end. Felt good running across the Key Bridge
