10 Miles in 88:56. Ran at Huntsville state park today,I was going to run 7 miles but made a couple of wrong turns so it turned into 10 miles. Felt great until the last two miles. First timeI ever really went trail runningand it was a blast. Just a wonderfull experience.

4 miles in 33:44 went out slow it was 88 degrees when I ran so I tried to go conservative, ended up really slow but got the four miles in. Good start to the month

Ran in the four the park four miler, 29:17, missed my goal by 32 seconds. Not to bad felt pretty good, went too fast, but not as bad as usual. When I hit the three mile mark I realized I forgot breakfast and I hit the wall. Overall: First two miles were great, third not good, fourth terrible, but I'm pretty happy with the result.

Run the woodlands 5K ran 23:12. felt really good but I went out way to fast, first mile was 6:45 again, need to work on my conditioning, if i can even come close to holding that pace I'll be looking at a pr. Good jumping off point. Next race is in 3 weeks

3 Miles 23:44.94, went very easy, I was really sore from yesterday but felt like I worked the kinks out. Hopefully tomorrow will be a bit faster. I really need to work in some speed workouts to get my times reasonable again. also need to start focusing on my weight.

Ran 5 miles this morning, 6:30am, really humid, 43:00, pretty terrible but I was pretty worn out from yesterday, not a bad recovery run. Felt good to get up and get going early

Pretty solid first 3.5 fell apart a lot over the last mile but that was pretty much expected. Overall felt pretty good, I should have gone farther. weight is at 211.5
