What a workout? Today I had a track-workout with a help of my roommate as my coach. Started off doing 200m rep with 200m recovery jog. Then continued with 400m with 400m recovery jog. I was tired, but it was worth it! What a day. Long run tomorrow morning and looking forward to it.

Ok, I today I was planning to have 2 runs, but I couldn't...cuz I could not fall asleep last night 'til 4:38am. However, I have been streching, and icing my achellies and such. I am fixing to go out for a 10mile run and 2ml 800m rep. Its gonna be fun!

I am stoked! I had a REALLY good 11mil run VERY easy under 1hr! I will write about it in a journal in a min! I hope you enjoy it, because I will tell you what happened to me, so it would not happen to you.

My half marathon race yesterday sucked really bad! I wanted to run sub 69's. HOWEVER, I ended up running much slower time. Well, today I ran about 12miles. But the last mile was my fav part of the run because it was faster and good. I'm gonna try to run 100mile this week. We'll see!

I had a talk with an ex-runner a few days ago that made me realize my potential in running. "The difference bn an elite runner and avg runner is that the elite runners prepare themselves ahead of time for the pain that's coming up." So, since then I have NO problem finishing my workouts! VISUALIZE 'IT'!
