ran 10mi. first 4.5 easy pace, 4x 1200m at 6:30/mi pace, jogging 2min between sets. Easy pace for the remaining 1.5mi.

ran 17mi. was a good run. About 40 degrees and breezy outside. did a 5 mile loop to get warmed up, followed by a 3 mile loop, then went on to do Comm Ave and Heartbreak Hill for the remaining 9 miles.

yesterday was 8mi, with 5x 600m at 6:20-6:30 pace! I snuck in a couple of faster intervals than I'm used to just to see if I could push it a little more. Worked out well. Today is a recovery day--6mi, nothing special maybe I put some hills in there.
