St. Patrick's Day 1/2 Marathon make-up: slow pace with buddies. Time: 3:03 I ran the race next to my slowest buddy. It was painful running that slow!! On the 17th I ran the same race in 1:48. I put on some decent mileage this week.

Concept 2 rower:
500m intervals for one hour with 60sec rest between intervals. I totaled 12000m-I rowed through some of the rest breaks. Ave ~2:15/interval.
