Second one was hurting a little but was comfi was hitting very even splits
Third I went through the mile in 5min10 but slowed down the last two hundred meters had the gag reflex

Managed to do 19 laps beat that pre, was really painful from 8-10 and then broke through the barrier and got to 19 and my body was enough
