This was a "A" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 2 out of 5.
Race Notes: Had a very good swim PR for 1.2 in just <33 minutes, rode the 1st 30mile of the bike like a complete idiot, redlined for 80+ minutes and cooked myself, my race was over before i started the run, ended up walking a great deal on the 2nd lap of the 13.1 very bad race tactically, horrible job with nutrition, didn't drink nearly enough water and was very dehydrated
