Have to admit - I did not like the Timex models as they broke down too easily and Timex would not honor the warranty. I really wasted my money on this one. Better to use the Garmin and Polar series models.

The major drawback of the Timex Ironman Triathlon Bodylink to me was the extra unit required for data logging. On a training ride on Mallorca recently, I lost the unit.
The choice was simple: I had my Polar S720i for more than 4 years. If I were to loose an $80 Data Recorder per year with the Timex and the Timex would have the same life time, I would spend $320 on Data Recorders alone. And I don't even think the data recorder is a good solution to data logging!

Did 28K two days ago - and I have NO pain!!!
I feel GREAT! 28 kilometers is the furthest that I've run. Did it on Sunday and Monday and Tuesday have been completely pain free. Talk about a confidence boost! With Amsterdam marathon in just about a month I feel very good about going there.
