This was a "B" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 3 out of 5.
Race Notes: Very undertrained due to the birth of my daughter!! Bike was in good shape leading into the race, but I crashed the day before, whih did not help. My swim was poor, as expected but the bike started out well. I then had a mechanical issue with my handlebar, so I was off my bike for 2-3 minutes fixing that. Thirty minutes later I got a flat, which cost me another 5-7 minutes minimum. I pushed hard after that and that hurt my run. The run was extremely hot and I had stomach issues towards the tail end and fell of the pace pretty bad. My stomach did not come good for 2 days! Overall my race was pretty good considering my training leading in along with my bike mechanical issues.
