Hey Russ, Long time no talk/see. How ya been? You doing IMAZ this year? I've been more or less just cycling the last two seasons. Done some mtn bike and road races and that's about it. My wife is pregnant and is due next May so I decided to get back into the tri thing and race a few time while I still have the time and opportunity to.
