Race Notes: Exceeded all expectations for the first Ironman distance triathlon. Legs hurt for days afterwards :-)

This was a "C" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 2 out of 5.

Race Notes: While still recovering from an inflamed ITB bike injury...didn't perfrom that bad. Swim and run were good, and bike was simply pushed to complete without further agravating the knee injury. Used as a primer for the Ironman in Oct.
