I am a long time recreational runner as well as a 2nd degree black belt in Wado Karate. While I don't consider myself to be particularly "fast", I couldn't see my life without running and especially enjoy my running partners; my sister and my husband!

Well, finished the 1/2 marathon today. Wasn't my best....but wasn't my worst either. Fought through some serious ankle pain...so just glad to finish!
