This was a "B" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 4 out of 5.

Race Notes: My second mid distance race. This one went much better than the San Dimas race. This is a well put on race, too. Koz did a great job, the volunteers were fantastic, and the atmosphere was good. I will be back for this race every year.

This was a "C" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 2 out of 5.

Race Notes: My first Olympic Distance race. My training was not up to par, both my feet blistered on the run, and my knee started to give out. I got a longer distance under my belt now, and I am ready for the rest of the season.

Long Beach Triathlon: Sprint Tri: .5Mi Swim, 11Mi Cycle, 3Mi Run

This was a "B" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 5 out of 5.

Race Notes: This is a really fun race. The bike is quick with a couple of hills, but nothing major. The run is flat and FAST! I am hoping to break 1:05:00 in this event next year.

This was a "C" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 3 out of 5.

Race Notes: I basically did this race just to get another race under my belt before the season was over. The water was frigid and my entire body was numb the entire bike and most of the run. The coordination on this race was not the best. I don't think I will do this race again next year.

Race Notes: After some serious knee troubles early in the year, this was my first race of '09. My knee started to act up during the run and my bike training was not up to par yet. This was my first tri with my new b16, SO FAST! haha
