On November 4, 2006 I became an Ironman. This is a title that means much to me but does not define me. I found out somewhere on that course that the title of husband, father and friend mean much more.I have a blog that journals my quest to maintain ironman fitness while fighting ‘Common Man Syndrome’, its www.commonmansyndrome.com. (Yes quite clever)
CMS is a collection of thoughts and actions which lead to a lazy and uninspired life. Everyday seek to defeat the symptoms of the Common Man by loving yourself, loving your support system, establishing a goal and then using determination, right attitude and sacrifice make your dream come true.
