Zooma Women's half marathon at Atlantic Station. COLD!! and windy. Felt pretty good, managed faster than a 9 minute mile, got a PR in the race - 1:55:18

This was a "B" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 4 out of 5.
Race Notes: Thought I wouldn't do so well since I had a rough time after running Nashville, then gave blood. It took my iron over 2 weeks to return to normal - I just felt drained all the time. The run went really well, scenic course with lots of energy. 2nd best PR!

This was a "C" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 1 out of 5.
Race Notes: Brutally hot day, about 85 degrees. Miles 12-22 were on asphalt with no shade and not a cloud in the sky. One of my worst runs, glad to have finished!

I rated my performance a 3 out of 5.
Race Notes: Rainy and cold. Had to wait for mom and friends at the end and it was FREEZING! The run was okay, felt fine, but muscles were cold.

This was a "A" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 5 out of 5.
Race Notes: Perfect weather, about 50 to start and it got up to about 65 by the finish. The course had plenty of water stations, but only one GU station (had to bring a few of my own). I got a PR by about 25 minutes! Fun day - great crowd for support and plenty of good music!
