Hey Tory, so how did Seattle R&R Marathon go? And did you do back-to-back-to-back, or something like that (crazy)? I heard the S R&R M was great and the weather was beautiful. A friend/competitor from here was out there for that and they said it was great! I would've loved that...Seattle - great weather, hmm, does sound nice. I see your results for the Seattle one, but wasn't sure if there were more for you. Not much different here. I'm starting to increase my mileage even though it is getting so hot here. I have to get back up to good long runs for November marathon. Was trying new shoes (Nike LunarTrainer) and love the feel of them, but they are so dog gone hot in the summer long runs. I think I'll keep them, but wait until Fall to use them exclusively. I hate having to juggle finding new shoes. How often do you replace your shoes? You must go through them like crazy. Do you track your mileage and replace them at particular thresholds? Anyways, hope all is well with you and your running and family. Take care and hope to hear from you again. Jeff

Wow, sorry to hear you got sick...I hate getting sick now. It takes so much time away from training. I think I have a bit of a cold right now and I'm just trying to keep it at bay with whatever means possible. Taking Airborne, etc. So I know how you feel. I'm surprised you did still run Saturday, that makes it so much more grueling when you don't feel good. So you think you'll even try to triple huh? You are crazy girl! That's awesome though. We only have 5Ks now, since the weather is so hot out here. I ran one this past Saturday and I have another this Saturday. Just keeps me on my toes until fall and I'll run the Space Coast Marathon again. Take care of that cold. Jeff
