My last Runs

I'm trying to do 1 interval run, 1 long run, 1 hill run, and 1 casual run each week for around 30 total miles.

Weekly Hill Run

I love this run, it takes me up about 100 flights of stairs throughout the city of Richmond, and almost every one has a nice view of the city from a nice park.
