It's great to see the different environment/scenery on your runs than mine. I'm impressed with your pace in these loooong trail runs. I can keep a decent pace in my 12-18K trail runs, but beyond that I slow down a Lot. Good job.

Stuart - cool profile pic. Ive thought about trying a few trail runs for the view... is this the view from the top. If so I have to go for sure.

This was a "B" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 5 out of 5.
Race Notes: End of Speedwork measure, excellent result, very pleased, course was not 100% flat so maybe could have gone a little faster!
