Hey Matt, How are things? Anyway, wanted to let you know that I still check up on everybody from the A.S.U track days. Doesn't seem like a lot of guys are still running. I hope you and the family are doing well. Cindy and I are expecting our third this June. Nice job on the P.F Changs Marathon. I spoke with Frank Shorter at the Expo on heart zone training. He only uses it on his easy days to keep his heart below his target. Ryan Stokes

sneak ????? We were racing , I got tired around 8-10 miles , I got close to him 11-12 miles , I was sick since new year bronquitis, Bill pay for the 1/2 marathon, I forced myself to do , I did not want to miss it again
