I live in the DC Metro area and I am the Marketing Director for a software company. In addition to running, I like to play the piano, swim, spend time with friends/family, write (poems, essays, stories), and shop. I ran my first marathon in May 2006, and I'm currently training for my 8th.

WDYDT for Saturday, August 16, 2008 15 miles today. Average 9:15 pace. This is a bit faster than I typically do my long runs, but for some reason, that "felt" like my normal pace and I wasn't able to really slow down. I didn't tape my knee today and it was pain-free. So happy the injury is healed.
