Race Notes: I was the only one who had doubled. May have gone 10 seconds faster if it was my first race.

This was a "B" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 4 out of 5.

Race Notes: All times were off by 5 seconds, really went 16:08. First race back from injury. Pretty fast with no speed work in at least 2 months. I have high hopes for the spring.
