Started running in 1991 in Eden Prairie, MN when I was 10. I was a competitive high school runner and went on to run at the University of South Dakota where I became an All-American. I currently own a running store in Eden Prairie called TC Running Company.

12 miles today at 6:15am. Felt great with a nice sub 5 pickup at the end. Ran with Kurt, Paul and Dave (hasn't run a 12 miler in 5 years).
